Squall + Frenzy brings their sellout absurdist hit to The Blockhouse at The Warren for Brighton Fringe Festival 2018!
"Isn't injustice just as good as justice?"
Join us on the absurdly grotesque killing spree/sex-capades of one man... a man who promises to make Poland great again!
Squall + Frenzy presents a daring post-pantomime punk adaptation of this classic 1896 symbolist masterpiece by Alfred Jarry.
The grandstanding villainy of Pere Ubu is more relevant than ever in an age of Trump, where reality TV stars who boast of their disdain towards normal people take power.
In this surreal critique of current politics, audiences chase actors and crawl through tunnels while 'King Shit' rants and raves onstage, raising laughter and, at times, fear.
The Blockhouse at The Warren
